STANDARD SHIPPING - All orders placed will be dispatched within two business days. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping is a $10.00 flat rate with a 3 - 7 day delivery time frame. 

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING - All orders placed using Express Shipping will be dispatched within one business day of purchase using Australia Post.

Express shipping is a $15.00 flat rate with a 1 - 3 delivery time frame.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS 

Banks Basics will take zero responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order. If your order has been significantly delayed we suggest contacting Australia Post for both domestic and international orders.

Under no circumstance will Banks Basics be held accountable for lost or stolen packages nor incorrect addresses or typos given upon check out.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM TAXES

Due to the rules and regulations on parcel entry into certain countries, customs and airport taxes may be added to your order upon delivery. 

This is something that is completely out of our hands as parcels are randomly selected whilst undergoing customs inspections. Banks Basics. will hold no accountability on the extra cost for the goods to clear customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Banks Basics  will only accept refunds on full price items for a store credit only. We will however exchange sizes on full price items purchased from banksbasics.com within 7 days from the delivery date given we have the correct size available, if the size you are after is out of stock, you will be given a choice of another style or a full store credit.  

Banks Basics will also not exchange for different styles to the purchased goods. 

All items must be returned in its original condition. The items must be unused, unwashed and scent free. If any of the returned items do not meet the criteria mentioned above, your items will be sent back to you in which you will be billed for. 

Items must be sent back using a system that provides tracking information due to we taking no credibility for lost or stolen items. 100% of the shipping costs will be covered by the customer. 

Once your packages reaches our HQ please allow up to 5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. 

If your return is accepted by our team, your store credit or  exchange will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

 CREDIT NOTE OR GIFT CARD RETURNS 

Should you wish to return a full priced item for a refund which was purchased using a credit note or gift card, another credit note or gift card will be issued. ( if all items meet the given criteria above ) 

All full price items purchased with a credit note or gift card are eligible for exchange of size. 

Under no circumstances will you be issued a refund in cash. 

 

PRE ORDERS + REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE TERMS

If you are purchasing an item on pre order, please be aware you are agreeing to our pre order terms and conditions. Please see below. 

- If you have purchased an item on pre sale your item will be sent out to you before or on the given date estimate in the products description. 

- If you have purchased a pre order item along with other items, ALL your items will be held aside until the pre order product is in stock and ready for shipment. If you wish to have you orders sent separately, you will be asked to pay double shipping. Please email hello@banksbasics.com with your order number and request. Once your payment for the second shipping has been made, we will release your non pre order items. 

-If you have purchased an item with us whilst the item was on pre order, you will only be entitled to a refund if the item has been significantly delayed in arriving to our HQ. ( 2+weeks after expected shipment date) 

-Under no other circumstances will you be issued a refund or be entitled to an order cancelation for a pre ordered item before dispatch.

- If you purchase an item on pre order along with an already in stock item, your whole package will be sent once the pre ordered items arrive to HQ. If you wish to have your packages sent separately, you will be asked to pay another flat rate of $10 for shipping. Please contact us via email if you wish to organise this.

 FAULTS :

We classify faults that make a garment now unwearable, ie: loose stitching, broken press studs or zippers etc

If you receive a faulty item we recommend to please email hello@banksbasics.com with your order number and notify us of the fault. A member from our team will get back to you within 72 hours. 

Depending on the severity of the fault we address each case differently as each case is unique. We will take appropriate measures on inspection. 

Please note: We highly recommend assessing each item upon arrival as we take zero responsibility for faults that may occur after a 4 week time frame after arrival. Any items have faults after this given time frame will not be granted whether or not they are still in a brand new or unworn condition.

DISCREPANCIES:

 Any piece that has a small mark, scratched or minor damaged hardware are deemed as a discrepancy as the item is still deemed wearable. If you receive a item with a discrepancy please email us at hello@banksbasics.com with your order number and please clearly notify us of the discrepancy. A member of our team will get back to you within 72 hours. All discrepancies are unique therefore we will asses appropriate measures once we can confirm the issue with your item. Please note: We highly recommend assessing each item upon arrival as we take zero responsibility for discrepancies that you may notice after a  2 week time frame after arrival. Any items that have discrepancies after usage or this given time frame will not be granted whether or not they are still in a brand new or unworn condition.Please take note of the time frames mentioned above as under no circumstance will any measure be granted after. 

TERRY SWIM CARE DISCREPANCIES

Please note, ALL Terry Swim pieces are subsepiable to colour compromise if the garment is either worn in any form of chlorinated water, left in the direct sunlight to dry or the incorrect care instructions have been undertaken.

If any of the above have been done and your swimwear has now faded or the texture is now compromised ( including any tarinishing to the "B" gold rust free charms, you will not be issued any sort of compensation as we gave very clear and precise intructions on what not to do with your swim or how to handle the after care.
