LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS 

Banks Basics will take zero responsibility for lost or stolen packages once a tracking number has been provided for your order. If your order has been significantly delayed we suggest contacting Australia Post for all domestic orders or DHL Express for all international orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM TAXES

Due to the rules and regulations on parcel entry into certain countries, customs and airport taxes may be added to your order upon delivery.
